Why aren't we free to choose our schools? Sure we're not completely forced to go to public schools, but for anyone who disagrees with the concept or the content of government run schooling, then the idea of paying twice for education is painful. And would be a huge issue if more people disagreed (understood?) what is being taught and the lack of success of the current system. By any metric, the public school system spends more and achieves less than needed, so why is educational liberty so limited?
