Who is the press and are their any limits to their freedom of speech? Increasingly, the press includes all of us as their are fewer barriers to getting opinions out. The question that should be asked is wnen the press moves from reporting to advocating, why would they not be under the same disclosure requirements as any other entity? Why should "truth in labeling" not apply to those who sell us opinion as news, as much as it does to those who sell us products or services with false promises?
